About the coffee
This coffee is produced in Muyinga province in northern Burundi, a beautiful hilly region with an average altitude of 1500-1700 m.a.s.l. the coffee is processed at karambo washing station under the management of Girukwishaka Etienne. The washing station works together with aprox. 2000 farmers with farms spread over 50 hectares. The excellent climate lends the Red Bourbon variety into a coffee with apricot, blueberry and mango flavors.
