Our History

Marshall street coffee is a cafe / coffee roastery based in Hamburg Germany which has been in operation since February 2020. Marshall Street founders Tristan and Marie have combined 17 years working in the coffee industry here in Germany and in Sydney gaining experience and enjoying the hustle of working behind the bar. The name Marshall Street comes from the first street in Sydney, where Tristan lived.

Our philosophy

We are a café which focuses on delicious food and coffee inspired by the cafe culture in Australia where Tristan comes from and with this culture we strive for quality and freshness in all our products. We strive for this quality to filter down through all aspects of our business and pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and customer relationships and bring you delicious coffees and breakfast every day.
